Frugo Fails to Refund $230 After Same-Day Order Cancellation

On February 1, 2026, at around 10:00 PM, I placed an order on the Frugo website for an electronic product called a mist humidifier module and paid approximately $230 by credit card. Shortly after placing the order, at around 11:00 PM the same day, I changed my mind and canceled the order through the website. My order numbers are 223046054 and 223047769, and despite canceling the order, no refund has been issued to my credit card. Nearly a month has passed, and the amount has still not been refunded. I was unable to reach any customer representative through the website and could only process the cancellation online. When I attempted to contact the provided email addresses to report the issue, I received an error message stating that the email could not be delivered, and I was unable to reach any responsible party. Even though the product was never shipped to me and I canceled the order the same day, I request that the approximately $230 payment be refunded to my credit card without further delay.
