Fruugo Order Stuck in Customs—Had to Return It Due to High Fees

I ordered a T-shirt from Fruugo.com and waited one month for delivery. When it finally arrived, I was told that since the item’s value exceeded €30, I needed to fill out a customs declaration. When I went to customs, they informed me that I had to hire a customs broker to complete the paperwork. The broker demanded ₺4000 just to process a declaration for a single T-shirt—which is absurd! I had no choice but to return the item, hoping that Fruugo will refund my money. On top of that, Fruugo provides no customer service contact, so I was left completely stranded with no help. I demand a full refund and better support! Buyers, be cautious!
