Fruugo Fails to Confirm Cancellation of Order 222405549

On January 30, 2026, I placed order number 222405549 on Fruugo for a Lego soldier figures product. About 15–20 minutes after placing the order, I realized that I had purchased the wrong item and immediately attempted to cancel it the same day, January 30, 2026. However, despite all my efforts, I was unable to complete the cancellation through the system. During this process, I contacted Fruugo customer service and was told that the cancellation had been processed. Nevertheless, I did not receive any confirmation, approval message, or clear follow-up regarding the cancellation. I made the payment by credit card, and I am currently facing uncertainty about both the status of the order and the refund of my payment. I request that my order be officially canceled and that the payment made to my credit card be refunded as soon as possible. I also ask for clear written confirmation regarding the cancellation and refund process.
