I Face Fruugo Refund Delay After My Bike Helmet Order Was Canceled

On April 24, 2026, I placed an order through Fruugo for a “Magnetic Visor Cycling Helmet for Adults, Men and Women.” On April 28, 2026, the seller canceled the order, but despite the time that has passed, I still have not received my refund and I have not received any response or update.

I paid $21 using my Ziraat bank card, and my order number is 232124345. Since my order was canceled by the seller but the payment has still not been returned to my account, I am experiencing financial inconvenience.

I request that my payment be refunded to my Ziraat bank card as soon as possible and that I receive clear information about the refund process.
