Fruugo Undelivered Order Complaint for Rhino Plush Toy with Deleted Tracking
On 05.12.2025, I ordered a “real life rhino plush stuffed toy” from the Fruugo website, with order number 205567848. According to the information on the site, the product was supposed to be delivered to me by 20.12.2025 at the latest, but the toy was not delivered within the specified time frame. Since my order did not arrive, I contacted Fruugo and the European Union representative by email and explained the situation in writing. Despite this, I did not receive any response, and, moreover, I saw that the product tracking information of my order was completely deleted from the system. I cannot reach the company through any other customer service channels because there is no available option other than e‑mail. I paid a total of 1,412 Turkish Lira for this product by credit card. I both want the product I ordered to be delivered to me as soon as possible, and I also think that the company should compensate me for the stress and grievance they have caused me during this process. I request that my complaint be urgently reviewed, that my order be fulfilled, and that I be compensated appropriately for the trouble I have experienced.
