Fruugo Marked My Order as Delivered but I Never Received It

I placed order number 197313640 through Fruugo. When the product arrived in Turkey, I was informed that extremely high customs fees were required, so I chose not to accept the delivery and had the item returned from customs with my knowledge and approval. As a result, the product was never delivered to me. Even though the item was returned due to customs procedures and never reached me, I have not received any notification from Fruugo and have not been issued any refund for the product cost. I request that the full product amount for this undelivered order be refunded to me without any deductions. I kindly ask that the matter be reviewed and that the product price be returned to my account as soon as possible.
