I’m experiencing an ongoing problem with my Franke dishwasher—specifically, the glass (kadeh) indicator light keeps flashing, and the machine won’t start. Although I hear a faint sound coming from the unit, it quickly stops after a few seconds, and the wash cycle never begins.
To troubleshoot, I tried unplugging the machine to reset it, but that didn’t help either. The light continues to blink, and there’s no clear explanation or error code to understand what’s wrong. The dishwasher is practically unusable in its current state.
This kind of unresponsive malfunction is unacceptable, especially from a trusted brand like Franke. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since this issue prevents me from using a basic kitchen appliance I’ve paid a significant amount for.
Franke must provide clear guidance or schedule a prompt service visit to fix this recurring fault. I expect either a permanent solution or a replacement. I urge the company to take action immediately and ensure better post-sale technical support.
