I own a Franke FDWS 712 XS dishwasher, and the lower basket has completely rusted and disintegrated, which is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to last for years. What’s even worse is that I have been waiting nearly 11 months for a replacement part from the Edremit service center, and there’s still no solution in sight.
This kind of wear and tear should not happen so quickly, especially with a globally recognized brand like Franke. The lack of replacement parts and the extreme delay in service shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is extremely inconvenient not being able to use a basic kitchen appliance because of a missing component that should have been replaced long ago.
As per the Turkish Ministry of Trade regulations, whether a device is imported or domestically produced, the company is legally required to ensure the availability of spare parts. Franke is clearly not complying with this obligation. I urgently request that my issue be resolved immediately and that the replacement basket be provided without further delay. I also expect Franke to honor its responsibilities to consumers and improve its after-sales support.
