I’ve been having a recurring issue for about three months with my Franke FDW612 E6P dishwasher. After the machine fills with water, the quick-wash button starts beeping continuously, and then the washing process stops completely. Because of this, I often have to wash dishes by hand, which is frustrating and time-consuming.
I’ve already tried resetting the machine and running different wash programs. Sometimes switching programs makes it work temporarily, but lately none of the programs run properly, and the same problem persists. The machine is no longer under warranty, and I haven’t called for service yet, as I first wanted to find out if this is an issue I can resolve myself.
I’m requesting free technical support or detailed information from Franke about this malfunction. Please help me identify and fix the issue — this problem is severely affecting the usability of the appliance.
