I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent malfunction of my Franke fridge, which I purchased just three years ago. I am dismayed by the fact that despite its minimal usage and the excellent care I have taken of it, the fridge has suddenly ceased to function properly. Upon inspection by your service team today, I was informed that the engine of the fridge needs to be replaced. To my astonishment, the estimated cost for this repair is in the range of 12,000 to 13,000 Turkish Lira. I must emphasize that this level of failure is highly unexpected and completely unacceptable for a product that has seen such little use. I have attached a picture of the fridge to highlight its impeccable condition, almost akin to new. Given this level of care and limited usage, it is baffling that the engine has failed so prematurely. I firmly believe that a refrigerator of this reputed brand should not exhibit such a critical flaw within such a short span of time.
