Franke Refrigerator Malfunctioned Annually for the Past Three Years

Our Franke refrigerator has malfunctioned annually for the past three years. Despite multiple service calls and requests for a replacement, we continue to experience the same issues. Recent breakdowns have resulted in spoiled food due to extended repair times. Franke's customer service in Turkey has been unresponsive and unhelpful. We will be contacting the Swiss headquarters to address this matter and investigate the performance of the Turkish distributors. This is unacceptable treatment for a loyal customer.
