Our Franke refrigerator has malfunctioned annually for the past three years. Despite multiple service calls and requests for a replacement, we continue to experience the same issues. Recent breakdowns have resulted in spoiled food due to extended repair times. Franke's customer service in Turkey has been unresponsive and unhelpful.
