Unacceptable Exchange Price For The Samsung Freezer

My Samsung refrigerator stopped working due to a flaw in the assembly process. The official Samsung Service Center has identified a manufacturing defect. After receiving the defect reports, the refrigerator was deemed "irreparable" (despite my payment of the service fee). As well as supposedly being replaced by a new, comparable fridge. The retail price of the brand-new product I wanted to purchase from Samsung Electronics Turkey was 27000 Turkish liras, but the company only wanted to accept an offer of 23100. No, thank you. This offer is unacceptable. Just so you know, if the product is not listed as irreparable, I would pay only 3500 Turkish liras for it. Samsung needs to either fix my fridge or replace it with something similar that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

After my complaint published by Xolvie noone from Samsung Electronics Turkey has GET in Touch with me. In Turkey ı wrote my complaint alsa to headoffice, to a mail tell your complaint so our CEO etc... What is this? What an inefficient team you have there Samsung??? It is unfair to sell a defective, an irrapeable product to customers. Samsung Turkey is doing something very very wrong in Turkey, they are not managed well...
