Flydubai Returned My Expensive Suitcase Broken and Denied Responsibility

My suitcase was severely damaged, and Flydubai showed no concern whatsoever. I own a very expensive suitcase, and it was returned to me with two broken wheels. It was the largest-sized suitcase, and to make matters worse, it was later sent to the wrong location. When I went there to retrieve it, the staff refused to acknowledge their mistake.

I fly regularly with your airline every month, and experiencing something like this is truly disappointing. If the company refuses to take responsibility, why are passengers charged such high fees, and why are our bags being damaged in the first place? What’s even worse is the complete lack of accountability afterward.

I expect an urgent response to resolve this issue. Otherwise, I will continue sharing my complaint publicly across social media and all other platforms.
