Emirates Damaged My Luggage Beyond Use and Still Won’t Take Responsibility or Respond

On December 2, 2023, I flew with Emirates from Dubai to Turkey. When I arrived, I discovered that my suitcase was badly damaged—so much so that it’s now completely unusable. I reported the issue immediately to Çelebi Ground Services, specifically the lost baggage department. I called them over 15 times, and not once did anyone properly assist me.
Each time I called, they simply said, “We’ll get back to you,” but no one ever did. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable. It’s just one piece of luggage—how hard can it be to take responsibility for damage you clearly caused?
If Emirates can’t stand behind even a single damaged suitcase, what are customers supposed to do when entire bags go missing—hire lawyers? I expected more from an airline of this caliber. I demand a proper response and a fair resolution for the damaged luggage I received after trusting you with my belongings.
