While traveling to Dubai on a Flydubai flight, I discovered that cash from my luggage had gone missing. I noticed it right after the flight and checked all my bags thoroughly — the money was definitely gone.

Neither Flydubai officials showed any concern, nor did they record a report or share any camera footage. We were simply told, “These things happen.” We contacted everyone possible — Dubai Police and airport security included. The result: nothing.

Flydubai representatives acted as if they were used to such incidents. The company gives the impression of being one that ignores complaints, applies procedures just for show, and doesn’t care about the passengers who suffer losses.

This isn’t an ordinary incident — it’s an in-flight theft case. And anyone who ignores it, hides it, or fails to take preventive action is complicit.

Let this be a warning to everyone reading this:
Some airlines, like Flydubai, fail to ensure passenger safety. What’s in your pocket or luggage can disappear while you’re asleep or away from your seat — and afterward, they simply say, “It’s not our responsibility.”
