Under Fila's warranty policy, which covers manufacturing faults within a year of purchase, you might be qualified for a replacement if you purchased used sneakers from them that were sold as new.
Contact Fila's customer service by email at [email protected] or by phone at +1-800-845-3452 to start a claim. Give the specifics of your order, pictures of the shoes, and, if you have one, a receipt.
Fila will replace the item with a similar or identical style if they find it to be defective.
For a return or exchange, get in touch with the merchant you bought the sneakers from if it wasn't Fila.com. Contact Fila's Quality Control staff at [email protected] if the retailer is unable to help.
Provide images of the flaw and confirmation of purchase. Every return is assessed separately, and Fila will offer a replacement if a manufacturing issue is found.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
