Deichmann Refused Refund for Fila Slides That Lettering Rubbed Off After 5 Wears

I began wearing the Fila brand slides that I purchased from the Deichmann website during their winter clearance sale around the end of June. Despite wearing the slides only 5 to 6 times total, the printed lettering began rubbing off within roughly one month, and the product deteriorated rapidly.
Following this issue, I contacted Deichmann support, and upon their request, I brought the slides to my local store to submit them for a formal quality inspection. The text message I received following the inspection claimed that no manufacturing fault was detected and instructed me to pick the slides back up. Receiving a response claiming no production defect exists—despite the product degrading so quickly—was deeply disappointing.
I believe a product that degrades in such a short timeframe is inherently defective. I demand a full refund or a product exchange for these slides, alongside an acknowledgment of this product defect and a formal apology for the inconvenience caused.
