My FILA Shoes from Deichmann Wore Out in 1 Month and They Blamed Me for the Damage

I bought a pair of FILA shoes from the Izmir Hilltown Deichmann store on December 5, 2024, expecting a quality product from a reputable brand. But I was terribly wrong. The shoes didn’t even last a full month before they started falling apart. The material looked worn out, and the condition was unacceptable for something barely used.
I returned them to the store on December 31 for inspection. After waiting for two weeks, I was told that the issue was due to “user error” and my request was rejected. What a joke! I used the shoes normally, as any average person would. If a product can't hold up to basic, everyday wear, that’s a manufacturer issue—not mine.
