Deichmann Refused Warranty Claim for Fila Sneakers That Soles Came Apart in One Month

The Fila brand sneakers I purchased from the Deichmann Bursa İnegöl store began tearing along the bottom and peeling open at the glued seams within the very first month. Suffering such severe deterioration in such a short period contradicts the product's claimed quality and warranty promises.

Even though I sent the product in for inspection, I was repeatedly sent a generic, automated message stating that "no manufacturing defect was found," completely evading all responsibility. Having to deal with the Consumer Arbitration Committee throughout this process has become exhausting and distressing for me.

Because a shoe tearing apart and separating from its sole in such a short timeframe cannot reasonably be dismissed as user error, I demand an immediate exchange for these Fila sneakers. I request that my grievance be resolved quickly and in a manner that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
