Hi everyone, I bought a pair of FILA shoes from Deichmann’s Pendik Viaport store on November 16, 2024, and honestly, it’s been a huge disappointment. In just a month and a half, the shoes started peeling and splitting open. I took them back to the store, and they told me it would be sent in for inspection. Still waiting for an update.
At this point, I’m not hopeful. I’ve read other customer reviews and it seems like this brand doesn’t stand behind its products at all. Honestly, even a pair of shoes from the street market would’ve lasted longer. The quality is shockingly bad for a known brand.
We’ll see what they say about mine, but so far FILA feels like nothing but regret. If they care at all about their customers, they should offer a replacement or refund immediately. I won’t be recommending them to anyone.
