I sent an international shipment from Kocaeli, Turkey to Germany via Aras Cargo and then FedEx with tracking number 395649920929, but it hasn't been delivered to the recipient since March 10th, 2023. I urgently need your help in this matter. I haven't received a satisfactory response from customer service, so I'm expressing my anger here. I'm very frustrated and disappointed that my package has yet to be delivered, and I'm concerned that it may have been misplaced. I'm hoping someone can assist me in finding it as soon as possible. I understand that shipping can take longer than expected at times, but it's been nearly two weeks and I still haven't heard anything about the status of my package. It's causing me a great deal of stress and inconvenience because I sent important documents and items that I need to get to the recipient as soon as possible. I would appreciate any assistance or information you could provide to assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
