Aras Kargo Failed to Deliver My Package Within Istanbul After Several Days of Delay

On December 9, 2024, my package with tracking number 4465232104827 was shipped from Tophane, Istanbul, to Kartal, Istanbul. Today is December 12, and it still appears to be in transit and transfer. Even the well-known state-owned company, often criticized for its service, managed to deliver my package within three days. It seems Aras Kargo lacks even that level of seriousness. You can’t deliver a package within Istanbul in four days. When I call your customer service, I can’t get past the automated response system, which states, "The planned delivery date is December 10, 2024," before the call ends abruptly. Are you incapable of transferring me to a real customer representative? Spare me excuses like "there’s high demand" — if that's the case, take on only as much cargo as you can handle. If you can't manage, stop burdening people with false promises. Are you too greedy for money? It’s truly shameful. Since the 10th, my package hasn’t been processed even once. Don’t you have any system or process in place? Do you ever question, "Why has this package been waiting for three days?"

I was called today. I don't even know why I was called. Everything is already clearly written. They called just to say "we'll look into it." No one has gotten back to me!
