Aras Kargo Lost My Critical Document and Is Not Providing Any Updates
I turned over a shipment including tracking number 5156*** to Aras Kargo Konya Keykubat branch on January 31, 2025. The package does not even leave the sender branch, though; it seems to be lost. From then, the tracking system has not seen any update or movement. This is crucial paperwork that needs to be delivered right now, although even after several calls to customer support since yesterday, nothing has changed. Every time I ask, I get evasive answers without any specific action done. That such a crucial cargo has simply disappeared without any explanation bothers me. I expect the cargo to be located and delivered without more delay; I need this problem fixed right now.
