If your FedEx tracking number still doesn't work after 48 hours, it could be because the system hasn't been updated yet.
Make sure you entered the number properly, with no typos or spaces. Check the tracking number again on the ticket or confirmation email from the sender to make sure it is correct.
Shipments may take longer than usual to show up in the tracking system, especially when a lot of people are sending at once.
You can track your package in other ways by going to the FedEx Tracking Tool (https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html) and searching by shipment information, reference number, or your FedEx account.

Give the agent the tracking number and shipment information, and they will be able to track your package by hand or look into the problem.
