Telegram Locks My Account and Ignores Support Requests
I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Telegram account on my Android device, which was banned a few months ago. Since then, I have completely lost access to my account and all services connected to it.
I did not receive a clear explanation from Telegram about the reason for this ban, but I suspect it may be related to an unauthorized SIM binding carried out by someone else without my knowledge. In addition to losing access to my account, I also have payments linked to this account, which makes the situation even more concerning.
After the ban, I attempted to contact Telegram support through the available channels, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication leaves me without any information about the reason for the ban and prevents me from resolving the issue.
I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that any potential unauthorized SIM binding activity be investigated, and that my account be reinstated so I can regain access to my data, paid services, and the phone number associated with the account.
