My Package Delivered to Unknown Person Instead of Recipient
On October 22, 2025, my shipment with tracking number 5733**71, sent via Aras Kargo, was supposed to be delivered to me but was instead given to a person I don’t know (F*** B***). I was the only one authorized to receive it. I received an SMS stating that the package was delivered, but I do not know the person who signed for it. No one contacted me for delivery. My order number is 189041, and I paid ₺2,350 for this shipment. I tried to contact customer service, but since I noticed the issue after working hours, I couldn’t reach them. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation, and I’ve been left at a loss. I request that Aras Kargo either deliver my package to me in full if it has not been opened or refund the payment if the package has been opened or damaged. I urgently ask that this matter be investigated and my grievance resolved.
