I am writing regarding an incorrect UPI transfer made through my Fampay account. On March 1, 2026, I mistakenly sent money to an unknown person via UPI. The amount was transferred in error to the wrong recipient, and I do not know who received the funds.

I request that Fampay urgently investigate this incorrect transfer, help identify the recipient, and take all possible steps in accordance with banking and UPI guidelines to reverse the transaction or assist me in recovering the funds. I would also like to receive a clear written update outlining the actions taken and the final outcome of this case.
I am providing this information so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible, as this was an unintentional transfer to an unknown beneficiary.
