Finish Quantum Powerball Damages Glassware
I have been using Finish Quantum Powerball dishwasher pods, which I have been purchasing from Target and using about twice a week. About a month after starting to use these pods, I began to notice a white, cloudy residue on my beverage glasses. Over time, this residue has become worse and appears to be damaging and streaking the glasses, similar to the pitting I previously experienced when I used powdered dishwasher detergent. I am particularly disappointed because I cannot find the Finish gel pods with rinse aid or the liquid bottle version anymore, which worked better for me and did not damage my glasses in this way. Due to this ongoing issue, I have decided to switch back to a different brand, as I do not feel confident continuing to use the Quantum Powerball pods. My request is that Finish bring back the gel pods with rinse aid (and/or the liquid product) so that customers like me, who have had problems with the Quantum Powerball pods, have a suitable alternative that does not harm our glassware.
When I started using Finish Quantum Powerball pods, white stains began to appear on my glasses, which was damaging the glassware. I expect Finish to bring back their liquid pods and rinse aid. Recently, I bought the orange liquid pods and rinse aid from Amazon; after just two uses, the stains were gone. I no longer recommend using the powder form.
