I bought the Fakir Innovator X Plus 7289 a year ago. When I bought it, they told me that the parts had a warranty and any problems that came up would be taken care of quickly. I know a lot about vacuum cleaners because I work at Dyson.
When I opened the package, I found out that the device was broken and had some issues. The support person said, "The device doesn't exist." So, after waiting for a whole month (it was a gift from my partner), the device ended up having to be sent for repairs right away without even getting a chance to use it.
Right now, everything from the main housing to the lid of the dust container is messed up, even though there wasn't any kind of fall or anything like that. The clip on the pipe connection is busted, and saying it's the user's fault is not right.
I'm going to protect my rights as much as I can. I'm way more disappointed than I thought I would be. This behavior doesn't match the reputation of your brand. A warranty should represent what is made.
