I purchased the Fakir Innovator X Plus 7286 cordless vacuum cleaner, paying 10,000 TL. The installment plan is ongoing, and only 3-4 months have passed. However, the device does not function properly and fails to serve its purpose. While emptying the container, the lid suddenly fell into the trash. I attempted to reattach it, but it wouldn't secure. It's incomprehensible how the container lid breaks so easily when I press the button. After contacting Fakir, they directed me to the authorized service, which, in turn, tries to sell me parts. I find this situation unfair. I am aware of my rights, and the device does not justify the amount paid. Since I don't have a replacement vacuum cleaner, I use tape to continue using it. I hope my problem can be resolved without resorting to other means. Otherwise, I will not relent. This behavior does not align with the quality standard I expect from Fakir.
