Waplog Ban Error With No Clear Reason or Support Response

I recently created an account on Waplog using my Android phone, and just a few hours later, my account was suddenly banned. The only message I received stated that I was banned for violating the Terms of Service, specifically “Item 5: prohibited activities.”

I have not shared any inappropriate content, my profile picture is appropriate, and I have not engaged in any behavior that I believe could violate the platform’s rules. Since seeing the ban message, I have attempted to contact support by sending emails to @waplog.com addresses, but I have not received any response so far.

This was my first time using Waplog, and I have not purchased any paid services or subscriptions on the platform. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that I be clearly informed of the specific reason behind this ban under “Item 5: prohibited activities.” If this action was taken in error, I also request that my account be reinstated so I can use the service normally. I am fully willing to comply with all platform rules and would appreciate a transparent explanation and resolution.
