Character AI Free Version Has Delays, Bugs, and Limited Features

I use the Character.AI mobile app for free on my Tecno Spark 20 device. However, since downloading the app, I have been facing several serious limitations and technical issues. As free users, we are placed into “slow mode,” where messages are delivered very late. Meanwhile, premium users are given priority access, causing us to wait much longer. In addition, some bots behave incorrectly—they give random, irrelevant responses or sometimes fail to send messages at all. In the settings section, most features are locked behind a paywall; for example, even changing the app icon requires purchasing an expensive premium package.

Due to all these limitations and technical problems, I am unable to use the app efficiently. I simply want to use the application smoothly without constant delays and errors. I request a fairer experience for free users and that these ongoing issues be properly fixed.
