I Face Fraudulent Billing from Testora Pro Despite No Subscription

On March 28, 2026, a charge of $56 was made to my Garanti BBVA credit card under the name Testora.Pro, completely without my knowledge or authorization. Previously, on March 21, 2026, I had made a one-time payment of $3 for a trial package, without giving any automatic payment instruction. However, even that amount was charged twice.

I have no active subscription or automatic billing agreement with this company. I did not make this transaction, and I have no information about what it is for. Therefore, I request that this unauthorized charge made through Testora.Pro be canceled and that the $56 deducted from my card be fully refunded.

Additionally, I demand that any accounts or memberships that may have been created in my name with Testora.Pro be immediately canceled, and that all automatic payments or future charges from this company be completely blocked. I also request that a proper security investigation be conducted regarding this unauthorized transaction and that I be informed in writing to prevent similar issues in the future.
