I just bought a Fakir electric vacuum cleaner and the button already broke. I rang the authorized service center to let them know what was up, and they were all like, "You gotta pay up, dude. It's totally your fault." They didn't even check out the product. We buy stuff with a warranty so we don't have to worry. If we knew it was gonna be like this, we would've just bought a used item for way cheaper. The extra is being have to deal with such crappy customer service and no help at all, especially when the product is still fresh. We trust good brands and expect them to be reliable and high-quality.
