Fakir Bolt X Plus Aqua 8472 Vacuum Stopped Working After 6 Months
On 17.02.2024, I purchased a Fakir Bolt X Plus Aqua 8472 Moon Gray cordless vacuum from Teknosa. After 6 months, while using it, the roller brush in the main head with the LED lights and mop attachment stopped working with a loud noise, rendering the vacuum non-functional. I took it to the authorized Fakir service center with the invoice. They informed me that the warranty did not cover the product parts (which they call attachments) and told me to pay ₺5,000 for a new head, stating that it couldn't be repaired and that they didn't even have a replacement in stock.
How can the main component of a vacuum, which is essential for its primary function, not be covered under warranty? I will pursue my rights to the fullest extent (Consumer Arbitration Committee, etc.). The product, which was sold with a 2-year warranty, became unusable after 6 months. Post-sales support is non-existent.

The company has not contacted me in any way; therefore, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Regardless of the outcome, I will never buy their products again.
The Arbitration Committee's decision has been announced. The committee accepted the problem with the product as a 'defective good' and found the consumer to be justified.
