Fakir X Plus7286 Battery Failure: Excessive Warranty Repair Fee Demand

I purchased a Fakir Inavatör X Plus 7286 Antrasit Blue vacuum cleaner on 18.03.2024 for $282.40.
For about two months, I have experienced gradually worsening battery performance issues. The vacuum turns on but shuts down almost immediately, making it impossible to use the product as intended. On 03.12.2025, I took the product to the authorized service center. Although the product is still under warranty, the authorized service refused to repair it under warranty and demanded a repair fee — approximately equal to the price of a new vacuum cleaner — for battery replacement. This is completely unacceptable for a product within the warranty period and, in my view, represents an unauthorized and excessive service fee request.
My clear expectation from Fakir is that the defective battery and all existing faults be repaired free of charge under warranty, and that I receive an official apology for the unjustified refusal of warranty service and the excessive fee demand. If the defects cannot be fully and permanently corrected under warranty, I demand either a full replacement of the product or a refund of the amount I paid.
