I Face Unauthorized Charges from Testora After Canceling Subscription

Even though I had previously canceled my subscription on Testora and was no longer using any of its services, unauthorized charges were still made from my account. On April 3, 2026, $42 was charged from my QNB card, and on April 6, 2026, another $5 was automatically deducted. I cannot even log into my Testora account, yet my card continues to be charged, which is completely unacceptable.
I contacted Testora regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response or solution. I do not want to be charged for a subscription that I have already canceled and do not use.
I request a full refund of the total unauthorized charges and demand that my Testora account/subscription be permanently closed immediately. I also want to ensure that no further automatic charges are made to my card under any circumstances.
