Fakir Misleading Promotions and Customer Service Hassles
During our search for two coffee machines, Erzincan Evmer Store offered us a free Fakir coffee machine if we spent over 4500 TL. We spent more than 4500 TL and registered on Fakir's website, but the products were invoiced separately. When we called Fakir to finish the registration, they assured us that the bill would be consolidated. Evmer Store, on the other hand, issued a new invoice with a different date. This invoice was also rejected by Fakir. I attempted to contact them, but they kept directing me to others. Can't you conduct business without deceiving others? I will no longer use Fakir products and will not recommend them to anyone. I will not return to the store. You understand how to sell products through promotions, but this experience has left me disappointed.
