Fakir Blender Broken After 3 Uses & Poor Service

I purchased a Fakir blender a couple of months back, and unfortunately, it stopped working after just three uses. The plastic piece is super flimsy and it totally broke.
I brought it to the official service center and they informed me that Fakir does not allow returns for this kind of damage. They gave me a call after three days and informed me that they could replace the plastic part for ₺350.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the products and customer service provided by Fakir. I thought the blender would hold up for more than just three uses, and I'm not willing to shell out ₺350 to get it fixed.
