Fakir Didn’t Send Promised Turkish Coffee Maker with My Yogurt Maker Order

I recently purchased a yogurt maker and a slow cooker from Fakir's online store, with a total of ₺10,998. Along with my purchase, I was promised a Turkish coffee maker as a gift, which never arrived. I've reached out multiple times via phone, email, and messages to address this issue, hoping for a resolution, yet I haven’t received any response. The lack of follow-up and assistance has left me feeling ignored, especially after spending such a substantial amount. Fakir's failure to deliver on their promise of a gift and their silence on customer service channels doesn’t reflect the brand I expected. I’m still waiting for the coffee maker or at least a response that shows they care about customer satisfaction.
