About two weeks ago, I made a complaint to you about the FAKIR BRAND written below. The relevant number 0212***7069 was returned from the FAKIR customer service on the subject and the authorized lady was interviewed there and 16.05.2023 stated that a link would be sent to us and when we filled in the link, they stated that the PRODUCT WE WANT would come and guaranteed that we would not face any problems and then they asked us to send a thank you message to the relevant application. Today, they send us a message like mocking the customer and say that they will send the product they want, not the one in the catalog, but the one they want, which differs by HALF THE PRICE. They are deceiving us as a customer once again and they say that the product we want, COFFEE MINE FILTER COFFEE MACHINE, which is the product we want, will send a different and cheaper product worth 1374 lira, not the product that stores still continue to sell, which is worth about 3079 lira. As soon as possible, I would like the campaign image shown to us in the catalog and shown in the catalog by the store employees when we bought the product and I would like the campaign image I have attached in the annex to be sent and the necessary action to be taken. I want to be answered by writing to me, not by calling me. THE WRITING I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE I bought a Fakir brand RS770 robot vacuum cleaner on 16.04.2023. When we were going to buy the product, the company employees told us that the filter coffee machine would come as a gift. But now the company officials tell us that the product they told us is out of stock (but it is still being sold in their stores) and that they will send a different and cheaper product instead. I am sending you the pictures of the product in the campaign and the campaign brochures. We definitely want the campaign product that was offered to us when we bought the product. We do not want another product. In addition, even today, when you go to a Fakir store to buy the product, the company employees tell us that the product I sent you in the brochure will come. They never tell us that a different product will come. I called customer service of the Fakir store and asked them to send us the product in the catalog as a gift, but they now say that a different product will be sent to us than the one shown to us. By doing so, the company loses its own reputation. And we believe that we as consumers are being deceived. I would like the necessary action to be taken. Thank you respectfully
