Fakir Iron Stopped Heating and Dripping Water After One Month of Use
I purchased a Fakir iron from A101, but it began dripping water within a month and soon stopped heating entirely. I sent it to Fakir’s authorized service center, 'Keskin Elektrik' in Adana, via my friend T*** T*** B***, under warranty with form number 102400729, but received no response after three weeks. When we visited the service, they asked for the registration details again, revealing the product had not been registered at all. The staff, particularly Ms. S***, displayed an unprofessional and indifferent attitude. After insisting on a repair, they called a few days later claiming it was fixed, but the same issues persisted, suggesting no proper repair was done. When we raised this with the service, mentioning a complaint to customer service and the Consumer Arbitration Board, they rudely dismissed us. Fakir customer service was equally unhelpful, refusing to address the problem. This experience highlighted both the poor quality of the product and the company’s lack of accountability—I cannot recommend Fakir to anyone.
It's been about 2 weeks, but there has still been no response. I don't think it's a good brand at all. I definitely do not recommend it. They just write that they are interested, but from that day until now, neither has our iron been repaired nor have customer service representatives contacted us. Moreover, when we went to pick up the iron from the technical service, they asked us for some information as if they were registering it for the first time.
After about 1 month, our problem was finally solved. However, I definitely do not recommend the Fakir service in Adana for electrical issues. Our work was quickly resolved because Fakir customer service was closely involved with the matter. Thank you.
