Hello there, I purchased a coffee maker from BIM that was a Fakir Kaave Express model. As I was opening the packaging, I observed that the handle of the cezve (coffee pot) was broken. When I took it to the service center in Pendik, Istanbul, they asked for 800 Turkish Lira, which I believe to be an excessive amount. I don't want to send the product back because the breakage is not my fault, and I expected a globally renowned brand to cover the cost of this without charging me anything extra.
