Fakir Meat Grinder Requires Entire Roller Replacement for a Simple Damaged Gasket

The gasket that helps connect the roller of the Fakir brand meat grinder to the main body has been damaged. It kept coming off, and I would put it back in place each time. However, this time it sustained serious damage, and I needed a new gasket. It’s a simple plastic gasket, but it isn’t sold separately. The authorized service is asking me to purchase the entire roller for ₺600. And the new roller’s gasket will also come off, break apart, and I’ll be charged another ₺600 again. I contacted the customer service center, and they gave the same response. If the gasket isn’t sold separately, it shouldn’t come off in the first place. If it does come off, spare parts should be provided. We are being inconvenienced over such a simple issue.
