They outrageously increased the price that they charged me to fix my coffee machine. The initial estimate for the cost of the repair was 400 Turkish Lira, however that was rapidly increased to 800 Turkish Lira when they claimed that the sensor had broken and that the main board was also damaged. It appears as though they intentionally inflict harm to their items in order to get an advantage over their consumers. I have decided not to buy any Fakir items in the future, and I may even look into taking legal action against the company. It is unfortunate that they market themselves as a quality brand when, in reality, both their customer service and their products are not up to the standards they represent. Regarding the repair, they didn't even bother to get in touch with me.
