Lost Baggage on Eurowings Düsseldorf Transfer – No Support or Updates After 6 Days

On September 4, we flew from Adana to Düsseldorf (03:00/06:00) and then from Düsseldorf to Munich (07:00/08:10) with Eurowings. There were three of us traveling, and we lost a total of four bags during this trip. When we went to the Eurowings office at the airport, they simply told us to fill out an online form and send an email. My son submitted the form immediately, but six days have passed, and we still have no information on our luggage. There is no available contact number for follow-up, making this even more frustrating. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication from Eurowings. I expect Eurowings to respond promptly and locate our lost bags.
