United Airlines Lost Luggage Complaint

My luggage got lost on our flight with United Airlines from Antalya to Frankfurt to Chicago. We reported the problem to the ground services, and they promised to fix it quickly. We've been waiting without our belongings for three days now. The not knowing how much longer we'll have to wait is really tough, especially with six bags and a stroller missing, leaving us without the things we need.
