I'm writing to express my outrage over the mishandling of my luggage on a recent flight from Antalya to Düsseldorf. Despite reporting the incident and having proof that it was still in Antalya, the promised resolution of sending it within four days has not been met.
My considerable effort to travel 500 kilometers round trip to retrieve my belongings proved futile, as the luggage was not dispatched as promised. The lack of accountability, as well as the apparent disappearance of my belongings, are not only unacceptable, but also extremely disheartening.
I beg you to take immediate action to locate and return my misplaced luggage. This episode has caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience, and I am confident that a resolution will be reached without further delay.
