I purchased a Stuttgart-Adana flight through Enuygun.com, with the departure operated by Eurowings under PNR code EETK8P. Due to the relocation of Adana Airport, Eurowings canceled my flight, and I immediately requested a refund, but I am still waiting for my money back. To make matters worse, I had an active return ticket, meaning I needed to rebook a departure ticket to Turkey at additional cost, since I wasn't informed by either Enuygun.com or Eurowings about the cancellation.
On August 22 at 10 PM, I received an email indicating I now have two active tickets for the same route, but I only learned of the second ticket less than 24 hours before departure. Why was I charged for two tickets, and why did no one notify me sooner? If this issue is not resolved promptly with a full refund, I will pursue my legal rights in both Turkey and Germany.
