I rented a car from Europcar in Dalaman on September 20 and noticed a 2000₺ charge on my credit card. When I contacted Europcar, they claimed it was only a pre-authorization, not an actual charge. However, when I reached out to VakıfBank, they confirmed the amount had indeed been charged and had not been refunded. I am left in a frustrating back-and-forth, with neither party taking responsibility. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience, and I am urgently requesting Europcar to resolve the issue by promptly refunding the 2000₺ taken from my account.
